So I’ve been seeing a lot of people doing these lately, and I thought they were pretty cool, so here’s my attempt at one. I wrote way too much lol. Also, sorry for my crappy handwriting skills in general.

So I watched the Steven bomb early (I’ll still watch the TV release, don’t worry) and I have to say this is my favorite scene, or at least one of them.
if a 13 year old girl on deviantart drew scooby doo and courage the cowardly dog kissing on the lips this fucking site would rip the poor kid apart and it would get posted on those “cringe” blogs but if the art is done by a 20 something year old as an “edgy punk underground comic” then suddenly its a masterpiece of creative expression and people will think it would make people take a deep look at american pop culture and childrens media
honestly like, my art was put on two seperate ‘cringe’ blogs when i was 14 and to this day i’m scared to post art anymore. like it was just a silly drawing i did to practice poses, it wasn’t even supposed to be serious and i had to be humiliated and send messages to people asking them to delete my art from their blogs. just… stop harrassing kids for fucks sake.
anyways, bad art blogs are awful and i don’t trust people who enjoy them :)
Also so are those youtube videos that make fun of young kids ocs by either talking about how bad their design is or calling them mary sues.
holding children’s art and creativity to the standards of adults with lifetime experience is nothing but cruel, humiliating, and traumatizing. everyone and anyone who mocks kids for fun needs to grow a heart and get their head out of their nasty assholes
